He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Bessie Cook (Virden); and his siblings, Wanda Faye Murray and Bob Cook. He is survived by: his former wife Betty Ann; his wife Cordie Cook; his children, Jim Cook (Teresa) of Conroe, TX, Pam Griffith (Tony) of Fort Gibson and Teresa Ann Salins (Jan) of Spring, TX; and his brother James Henderson Cook of Muskogee. He is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
