He was predeceased by: his sister Pam Shoemake; his grandparents, Ira, Inez Shoemake and Virginia Klingenberg; and his parents-in-law, James and Frances Mordecai.

He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Shoemake and Janice Shoemake (Klingenberg) of Porum, OK; his wife Polly; his son Ethan Shoemake of Porum, OK; his sister Heidi Hughes (Coleman) of Piedmont, OK; his nephew Coleman Hughes of Piedmont, OK; his niece Harper Hughes of Piedmont, OK; and his uncle Mike Klingenberg (Numerous) of Porum, OK.

In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing toward the College Scholarship Fund for Ethan Shoemake that has been established at Armstrong Bank of Warner.
