He is survived by: his children, Michael Essary (Shelly) of Basehor, KS, Marcy Essary of Collinsville, OK and Mandy Stansberry (Matt) of Edmond, OK; his siblings, Charlotte (Jim) of Porter, OK and Don (Robbie) of Bernice, OK.; his grandchildren, Anderson, Archer Essary, Addi, Lily, Sophia Martin, Vivian, Violet and Vera Stansberry; and his pet Brownie.
Due to COVID restrictions and for the safety of everyone this will be a private family funeral service at Roy's lifelong church.
