He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrell Lawrence and Alma Florence Thomas (Dobbins); his brother Phillip "Phil" Lawrence Thomas; and his stepdaughter Amanda Fransisco. He is survived by: his former wife Renee Cox; his children, Susan Renee Thomas (Thomas) of Tulsa and Shawn Jeffrey Thomas of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his wife Dana Thomas; his stepchildren, Casey Fransisco of Fort Worth and Jenna Fransisco of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Collins and Gabrielle Collins; his stepgrandsons, Dean Fransisco and Luke Fransisco; and his sister-in-law Sherry Thomas of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
