He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Conder and Alphie Grace Conder (Smith); his wife Martha Sue Conder; his son Stephen Todd Conder; and his siblings, Nadine Winans, Freida Gordan, Delbert Conder, Delphia Koepsel and Preston Edmiston.
He is survived by: his son David Wayne Conder (Amy) of Coweta; his grandchildren, D. J. Conder (Shady), Jason Conder and Ana Conder; his great grandchild Gentry Conder; and his siblings, Melvin Conder (Rhonda) and Beverly Edmiston.
