With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Jean Matthews of Porter, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Gilford and Della Gilford (Birdsong); and her husband McCoy, Jr.. She is survived by: her granddaughter Fawn Matthews. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers the Matthews family asks that you make a donation to National Kidney Foundation in honor of Doris Jean Matthews.
