He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Allen and Louise Gladys Sinclaire (Baldridge); his son Spencer Day; and his sister Cindy Louise Sinclaire. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Day; his children, Cooper Day (Sherry), Kayla and Christie Johnson (Jimmy); his sisters, Jessann Crow (Ronnie), Jimi Day and Joy Nofire; and his grandchildren, Sonnie Shafer (Derrick), Tony Turner, John Turner (Kaylee), Yancee Day and Chelsea Day. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, and other relatives.
