He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Waggoner and Ella Mae McIntyre Waggoner; his siblings, Winifred, Charles Ray (Elva), Max Allen (Joann), Richard Lee (Lois Ann), Bobbye Jean LaRochele (Larry), Mary Ruth Fulmer (Jack) and DonAne Bellmon (Hugh); and his sister-in-law Shirley C. Waggoner.
He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Kay Brown; his wife Vicki Pittman Grubbs; his children, Lee Waggoner and Kay Waggoner Ranney (Scott); his stepson Scott Grubbs (Stacy) of Portales, NM; his grandchildren, Doug Ranney, Chelsea Kay Ranney McCleave (Michael), Wyatt K Waggoner (Devyn) and McKenna Kayt Waggoner; his stepgrandchildren, Erett Grubbs of Green Bay, WI, Ethan Grubbs, Perry and Kaitlyn Grubbs of Syracuse, NY; his great grandchildren, Madycen of Enid, Rylee of Enid, Kamden Ranney of Enid, Wichita of Enid, Darien of Enid, Skylan of Enid and Addilynn McCleave of Enid; and his brother JD Waggoner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In later years he was awarded the Billings FFA Honorary Farmer Degree for his work and contributions to the local chapter.
