He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Boatman and Lea Boatman; and his sisters, Patricia Darcey and Mallory Owen. He is survived by: his wife Abigail Boatman (Newcum); his sons, Zack Boatman (Michelle) of Edmond and Andy Boatman of Oklahoma City; his granddaughter Sky Boatman; his siblings, Connie Christopher of Perkins and Bob; and his sister-in-law Nancy Newman of Tulsa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
