He was predeceased by: his siblings, David Kiser, Bonnie Gfeller and Alyce Maness. He is survived by: his child Douglas Leo; his wife Linda; his children, Doug (Christy Kiser) and Cathy (Philip Heiliger); his granddaughters, Billie Jo (Fred Beard), Jennifer (Mike Duroy), Ashlee (Avery Craddock), Natalie Heiliger and Emily Heiliger; his great grandchild Benjamin Beard; and his sister Judy (Frank Reyes).
