He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen; his daughter Marsha Hamilton; and his siblings, Paul Dick, Russell Dick, Helen Cherry, Glenn Dick, Robert Dick, Carl Dick, Dorothy Dick and Leon Dick.
He is survived by: his children, Paul A. and Florence B. Dick; his wives, Helen B. Laybourn and Joan of Ponca City; his children, Valerie Hall of Chesterfield, MO, Jackie Coburn (David) of Irving, TX and Jeff Burrow of Broken Arrow, OK; his sister Virginia Froggatte of Mt; his grandchild Brett Hall (Kim) of Eureka, MO; his great grandchildren, Reagan, Claire, Lauren, Addison, Corbin and Cohen; and his close friends, Jeannie Hall of Leawood, KS and Charles Hall of Leawood, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
