She is survived by: her parents, Clarence McKinley and Melinda McKinley; her son William Michael (Bill); her wife Elizabeth McCalip of Oceanside, CA.; her grandchildren, Alison Council of Oceanside, CA., Bryce Council of Sacramento, CA, Caren Council Kreusch (Jay) of Dallas, TX, Stephanie Council of South Hadley, MA, Bradley Council (Lindsey) of Plano, TX and Brandon McCalip (Kristin) of Missouri City, TX; and also Joyce Elaine Council McCalip (Rick) of Katy, TX.. She is also survived by her parents and all of her siblings.
