He is survived by: his stepdaughter Patti; his wife Glenda Phillips; his daughters, Annette Bogue (Jeff) of Allen, TX and Patricia Gray of Bella Vista, AR; his sister Betty Caudill of East Liverpool, OH; his grandchildren, Emily (Jordan Roseberry) and William Bogue (Courtney Stevens) of Allen, TX; and his siblings-in-law, John Chamberlin (Sharon), Jim Chamberlin (Maureen) of Ponca City, Virginia Lessert of Ponca City and Teresa Lewis (David) of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
