He was predeceased by: his parents, John B "Jack" Clarke and Maude Garnett Clarke; his former wife Sara Mae Jones Clarke of Ponca City; and his siblings, Jean, John and Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Mathews Clarke of Ponca City; his daughter Lee Anne Davis (Kim) of Boulder, CO; his granddaughters, Kara Davis of Truckee, CA, Hanna Davis of Denver, CO and Haley Davis of Jefferson, CO; his son Drew Clarke (Beth) of New Iberia, LA; his grandsons, Forrest Clarke of Waco, TX and Zachary Clarke of New Iberia, LA.; and his caregivers, Rita of Hospice, Susan of Hospice, Jenni of Hospice, Whitnee of Hospice, Carlena of Hospice, Justin of Hospice, Kim of Hospice, Mellissa, Maria and TJ.
