He was predeceased by: his father Clark Wayne; his grandparents, Hersel, Alice Pemberton, Floyd and Ruth Pomeroy; his uncle Troy Pemberton; and his aunt Carol Pemberton.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ruth Pemberton (Pomeroy) of Ponca City, OK; his sister Mitzi Pemberton (Eric Edwards); his son Ty Pemberton of Hugo, OK; his stepmother Carla Pemberton of Ponca City, OK; his stepsister Brenda Allen of Ponca City, OK; his granddaughters, Skylar Pemberton and Alexandria Pemberton of Hugo, OK; his nieces and nephews, Taylor Pemberton, Ethan Deibler, Allison Edwards, Kaylee Pemberton and Karly James; and his great-nieces, Charlotte Beth Pemberton and Stella Clark Pemberton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and friends.
