It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Lee Carson (Ponca City, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Roscoe Dow and Ida Liles Dow (Stucker); and her husband Carl. She is survived by: her daughters, Sharlyn K. Kohler (Ernest) and Glenda F. Henry (John); her grandsons, Christopher Kohler, John David Henry (Rachael) and Michael Henry (Lanay); and her great grandchild Evelyn.
