He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Miller; his children, Cassie Rowe (Jerry) of Ponca City, Jeremy Rowe (Danielle) of Ponca City and Robert Rowe of Ponca City; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Rowe of Ponca City, Courtney Rowe of Ponca City, Marissa Rowe of Ponca City and Lexi Rowe of Ponca City; his great grandchild Hadley Rowe of Ponca City; and his brothers, Rod Rowe (Kathy) of Ponca City, Bruce Rowe (Mary) of Ponca City and Nonnie Rowe (Doris) of Ponca City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
