He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Burns of Ponca City; his children, Shannon Ward (Mike) of Tonkawa, Terra Burns of Ponca City and Bruce Burns (Laci) of Victoria, TX; his siblings, Danny Burns (Charlene) of Tonkawa, Jeff Burns (Erin) of Blackwell and Toni Sneed (Ron) of Florida; his mother-in-law Betty Myers of Ponca City; his siblings-in-law, Shelly Shears (Jack) of Ponca City, Melissa Birkett (Fred) of Peculiar, MO and Harry Myers of Ponca City; and his grandchildren, Caleb Burns, Cole Burns, Brett Ward, Devin Burns, Aubrey Burns, Katelyn Burns, Madyson Burns and Macey Burns. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and hundreds of friends.
