He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison E. Rowe and Francis A. Rowe (Moore); his brothers, Charles Rowe and Danny Rowe (Sally Rowe); and his nephew Trent Rowe.

He is survived by: his wife Sally Lichlyter; his sons, Corey Rowe of Blackwell, OK, Travis Rowe (Susan) of Blue Ridge, TX, Sonny Rowe (Jenifer) of Yukon, OK and Justin Rowe (Rita) of Concrete, WA; his grandchildren, Madison Rowe, Blade Rowe, Royce Rowe, Alexandria Rowe, Gavin Rowe (Ashlee), Carson Rowe, Nicholas Rowe, Brian Provost (Jessica), David Provost (Melanie), Timothy Provost (Kaila), Cooper Rowe, Lorelei Rowe, Krissandra Dezarn (Matthew), Tyler Labrousse and Morgan Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Seth Cox, Jett Rowe, Elizabeth Rowe, Ava Rowe, Hunter Rowe, Kale Provost, Sage Provost, Aurora Provost, Scarlett Provost, Lillie Provost, Ellie Provost, Emellia Provost and Griffin Dezarn. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and good friends.
