She is survived by: her husband Tom Muchmore; her children, Blaine Lewis (Trina Lewis), Laura McClatchey (Brandon McClatchey), Pat Muchmore (Jenny Martin) and Shannon Muchmore (Jai Tatum); her sister Tina Fausett of Oklahoma City; and her grandchildren, Ben Lewis (Courtney), Sydney Borlabi, Alexandria Lyall (Alexander), Taylor Myers (Garrett), Chase Lewis (Jade), Gabrielle Borlabi, Tyler Tisdale (Audrey), Mason Lewis, Teagan Tisdale and Grayson McClatchey.
