Sandra Foreman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2019, at the age of 78, Sandra Foreman (Ponca City, Oklahoma), born in Sterling, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille Frey; her husband Bill Foreman; her daughter Kelly Leach; and her sisters, Jane White, Janet Oltmans, Gloria Frey and Mary Alice Frey.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Leach of Ponca City and Shelly Creeden (Kyle) of Keorney, MO; and her brother Dennis Frey of Indiana. She is also survived by Six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Honorary casket bearers will be Kienan Creeden and Aedan Creeden Memorial contributions may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 4880 Murrieta St., Chino, CA 91770.
