With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Anne Huggins of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Hobart, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 29, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Huggins and Rhoda Hobbs; her stepfather Forrest Hobbs; her daughter Kandy Kay; and her cousin Jerry Jantz.
She is survived by: her half-brother Rex Huggins of Mesa, AZ; her children, Debbie Mullins of Ponca City, OK, Chris Capehart of Oklahoma City, OK and Joe Capehart of Katy, TX; and her grandchildren, Keary Mullins (Michelle), Kord Mullins, Paul Mullins, Jon Capehart, Justin Capehart and Jessica Capehart. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
