She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Donald and Gladys Lucille Leatherman; her great grandchild Michael Meador; her husband James Patrick Allen; her stepson Dean Allen; her great grandchild Michael Dean Meador; and her siblings, Don Leatherman and Judith Ann Leatherman.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Unruh; her daughters, Teresa Jeffries (Allen) of Ponca City, OK and Robbie Chitwood (Michelle) of Yale, OK; her stepdaughter Debbie Unruh; her grandchildren, Brad, Deana, Chip, Taylor, Natosha, Sheila and Travis; her great grandchildren, Konner, Kaegan, Landry Reid, Braxton Meador, Cade Townley, Peter, Max Meador, Kayden, Beckett Williams, Emily, Lani, Haley Ast, Mattix, Makenzie and Mason Tatum; and her siblings, Billy True Leatherman of Ponca City, OK, Danny Kaye Leatherman of Braman, OK, Ronnie Leatherman of Braman, OK, Larry Gene Leatherman of Blackwell, OK and Freda Lucille Leatherman of Ponca City, OK.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
