It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Riley of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Holmes Lucan and Onie Bell Lucas (Maxwell); her husband Harold Riley; her daughter Rhonda Williams; and her siblings, Shelby, Kathryn and Gussie (Bootsie).

She is survived by: her son Noble (Kathy); her granddaughters, Shelley and Mallory; and her great grandchildren, Hunter of Ponca City, Oklahoma. and Jessica of Ponca City, Oklahoma..
