He is survived by: his wife Joleen Rozell; his children, Chad Bell (Christine Feiner) of Chicago, IL, Kari Bell of Alma, MI and Alison Haley of Snyder, TX; his grandchildren, Owen Batcheller, Reid Haley, Truett Haley and Foster Haley; his siblings, Doug Bell (Carol), Sharmi Williams (Larry), Jani Gallagher (Gary), David Bell (Janice) and Jacque Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Deanna and Lynn Varner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
