Ronald L. Duggins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald L. Duggins (Ponca City, Oklahoma), born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on March 29, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Regina; his parents, Lyle Whipkey and Norma Dean Whipkey; his brother-in-law Bill Cramer; and his pet Megan.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Tonya Innis of Bixby and Errol R. Heath of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Nicole Heath of Stockton, Robert Latta Innis of Tulsa, Ronald Landon Innis of Redding and Reagan L. Innis of Bixby; and his siblings, Larry Duggins (Debbie) of Choctaw and Sherri Cramer of Ponca City. He is also survived by many other in-laws, nieces and nephews.
