He is survived by: his children, Leah Geurin-Smith (Stephanie) of Broken Arrow, OK, Teri Geurin of Ponca City, OK and Alex Geurin (Nicole Cummings) of Derby, KS; his grandchildren, Bailie Badley (Garet), Caidon Gordon, Avery Gilbert (Justin), Carter Jones, Sydnie Foreman, Major Foreman and Cash Cole; his great grandchildren, Copelynn, Halstynn, Kayson Badley and Kolter Gilbert; and his nieces and nephews, Connor and Taylor DeWitt.
