He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Shouse and Joyce Jeanette Shouse (Rancier); and his sister Jeanette Duke. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kopplien; his daughters, Joyce Price (Robert) of Enid and Jenny Shouse of Ponca City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Austin Futo, Tommy Futo, Sierra Shouse, Christopher Powers, Alexis Powers and Jocelyn Rivera; and his great grandchild Owen Futo.
