He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Virn Frazier and Emma Marie Olson Frazier; and his siblings, Henry Frazier (Hank) and Wanda Parkinson. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Phillips; his daughter Gina (Freddie Garza); his grandsons, Eric Garza, Mathew Garza and Justin Hall; and his nephews, Bobby Phillips and Bruce Phillips.
