He was predeceased by: his wife Corrine Mackey (Cook); his parents, Gilbert Lee and Stella Blanch Mackey (Russell); his daughter Karen Sue Whiles; his siblings, Gilbert Andrew, Walter Lee, Ronald Eugene, Carl Dean, Olive Josephine Saddler, Alberta Marie Johnson and Velda Blanche Mackey; and his stepgrandchildren, Steven Ronald Whiles and Jennifer Dianna McKinney (Whiles).
He is survived by: his daughter Judy Smith; his son-in-law Dennis Smith; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Smith (Cathryn) of Enid, OK, Jason Smith (Amanda) of Ponca City, OK, Stefanie Garrett (Scott) of Ponca City, OK and Brie Smith of Ponca City, OK; and his stepgrandchildren, Tina Chase of Monroe, LA, Jeremy Whiles (Laura) of Claremore, OK and Reneé Turner of Lowell, AR. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
