He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Luis and Marie Luis (Miller); his siblings, Patti Luis and David Luis; and his brother-in-law Vernon Skalenda.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wright; his daughters, Jill Cobb (Richard) of Ponca City and Ashley Sandoval (Juan) of Richmond, TX; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Aubry and Brinley Cobb of Ponca City; his siblings, Carol Skalenda of Tulsa, Joan Otto (Neal) of Ponca City, Mike Luis (Karen) of Ponca City and Denise Kienholz (Steve) of Red Rock, OK; and his sister-in-law Pam Luis of Ponca City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
