It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wegner (Ponca City, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Wegner and Patricia Wegner; his wife Anita; and his brother Steven Wegner. He is survived by: his children, Jack (Danielle) and Hattie Ray (Shelby); and his siblings, Faith Stringer (Michael), Evalynn Wolf (Van), Stacey Wegner and Amy Bentley (Dusty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
