It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Welborn of Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Norma Sue Welborn; his parents, LuVois Welborn and Emma Welborn; his son-in-law Tom Rogers; his stepson Greg Slovacek; and his brother Gary Welborn.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Roxanne Waddell (Rick) of Frisco, TX, Krista Rogers of Houston, TX and Mark Welborn (Stephanie) of Ponca City, OK; and his stepdaughter Mindy Benedict (Kevin) of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
