She is survived by: her mother Pamela Jean Smith (Westberg); her husband Jarod "Drew" Crisswell; her children, Cash Steven Crisswell, Dylan Andrew Crisswell, Carson Alexander Crisswell, Luke Ryan Crisswell, Mathew James Crisswell and Carly Rose Crisswell; and her brothers, Jeremy Smith of Ponca City and Marc Smith of Ponca City.
