She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mothers, Pearlie Francis and Cora Pearl Headrick (Cook); her husband Ralph E. Billings; her children, Carolyn Burleson (Homer) of El Reno and Danny Billings (Dagne) of Westcliffe; her grandchildren, Tamie Holbrook of El Reno, Wana Newman (Kelly) of Hinton, Rod Ellison (Candi) of El Reno, Sommer Baker (Austin) of Owasso, Chris Billing (Candace) of Bixby, Michelle Rafferty (Marc) of Jenks and Luke Cobb (Taryn) of Ponca City; her siblings, Richard Headrick (Marilyn) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Loran (Ella) and Ruth Tinsley; and her daughter Tinya Kay Cobb. She was also cherished by 14 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
