We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2021, at the age of 75, Phillip Richard Howe of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Howe and Hazel Howe; his parents-in-law, Rufus and Bessie Hall; and his great grandchild Oliver William Harbeson.
He is survived by: his children, Krista (Todd) and Jimmy; his son-in-law Todd Harbeson; his pets, Rosie and Mitzi; his wife Carol Howe; his stepgrandson Joe Burns of Bartlesville; and his grandsons, Jacob Harbeson (Cheyenne) of Ponca City, Will Harbeson of Ponca City and Nate Harbeson of Ponca City.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorials or donations to be made to Lew Wentz Junior Golf Camp at Wentz Memorial Golf Course in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
