Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Penny Kay Miller of Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 63, on October 14, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald W. Miller and Bertha B. Miller (LaFever); and her daughter Angela Horton. She is survived by: her son Kristifer Sprowls of Ponca City, OK; her siblings, Sally Groom (Jim) and Corky Miller (Linda) of Winfield, KS; and her grandchildren, Layla Holtz, Lauren Horton and Joshua Horton Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Facial coverings are requested and social distancing guidelines remain in affect.
A memorial has been established for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
