Hoecker (Ponca City, Oklahoma), born in Wellington, Kansas, who passed away on March 12, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Hoecker and Marcella Wiley Hoecker; his adoptive mother Ruby Booth Hoecker; his wife Kay Marie; his children, Eric (Carrie) of Peoria, IL and Heather of Ponca City; and his grandchildren, Kristin of Baltimore, MD, Nikolas of Ponca City and Vincent of Peoria, IL..

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church and the Kildare Volunteer Fire Department, sent in care of the Roberts and Son Funeral Home.
