It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Carmack (Ponca City, Oklahoma), who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband C. Reid Carmack; her children, Susie Beth Manning of Ponca City and Kevin Reid Carmack of Tulsa; her son-in-law Christopher Manning of Ponca City; her granddaughter Rose Mae Ware of Ponca City; and her stepgranddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Ware of Andover.
