She was predeceased by: her parents, John Orville Tapp and Elpha Aikin Tapp (Torkelson); her husband Eddie Shanks (Bill Marrs); her siblings, John A. Tapp, O. C., Tuffy and Ann Mauk; her grandson Michael Boston; her nephew Larry Tapp; and her niece Linda Kaye Mauk Muegge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce, Judy Kruse (Galen) of Ponca City and Joy Boston of Adair, OK; her sister-in-law Mary Tapp of Ponca City; and her grandchildren, Christine Thompson (Stephen) of Ponca City, Matthew Boston (Robin) of Parker, CO, Jeremy Kruse (Molly) of Kansas City, KS, Dan Kruse of Wichita, KS and Jason Kruse of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Alzheimers may take her mind and body, but it can't take WHO she was.
