She was predeceased by: her parents, Rusty Scovill and Eileen Scovill (Chitum); her husband Jim Watkins; her children, Kirk Watkins and Kelli Graves; and her sister Linda Burney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Payne (Jesse) of Ponca City, OK and Kirsten Harbeson (Eric) of Bloomfield, NM; her grandchildren, Rachael Jane Watkins-Waner (Brian) of South Korea, Matt Graves, Josh Graves, Dan Graves, Austin Payne, Luke Payne and Aaryn Harbeson; her great grandchild Milo Watkins-Waner; her siblings, Betsy Keyes of Tulsa, OK, Cindy Bearskin of Ponca City, OK and Ed Scovill of Stillwater, OK; and her son-in-law Mark Graves. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
