He was predeceased by: his father Charles Marion Chapman. He is survived by: his mother Georgine Chapman (Brown); his wife Christina Dale Richards; his son Phillip M. Chapman (Ashley Heather) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Michael Neal II, Riley Quincy and Georgia Elenore Chapman; his sisters, Sherlene Terry (Paul) of Spring, Texas and Tara Gregus of Napierville, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Edwina Griffith (Don) of Midwest City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
