He is survived by: his wife Karen of Ponca City; his son Casey Luis (Brandy); his granddaughters, Janicia (JJ) of Oklahoma City, OK and Jaelyn of Oklahoma City, OK; and his sisters, Joan Otto (Neal), Denise Kieholz (Steve), Carol Skalenda, Sharon Luis and Pam Luis. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
