He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peggy Sullivan of Harrah, OK. and Cleo Springs; his children, David and Laura; his brother Steve Sullivan (Nancy) of Choctaw, OK; his nephew David (Brandi) of Norman, OK; his niece Laura Sullivan-Beckers (Oliver) of Murray, KY.; and his grandchildren, John, Michael and Sylvia.

"Doctor Sullivan" will be long-remembered for his contributions to the healthcare community in northern Oklahoma.
