He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Mary Spears and Gen Erwin. He is survived by: his parents, David Spears and Karen Spears (Erwin); his brother Jerrod (Devinn); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bret Spears of Norman, OK, Blake Spears of Ponca City, Matthew Spears of Ponca City, Gage Spears of Ponca City and Dillynn Ball (Leslie Helms) of Ponca City; his grandfather Duane (Linda Erwin) of Del City, OK; his pet Slag; and also, Cameryn of Norman, OK, Hannah, Alyssa and Kayson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his faithful companion.
