He is survived by: his daughter Sarah McKittrick (Patrick); his grandchildren, Patrick, Jr., Blythe and Sally of Lewisville, TX; his son Stephen Collins (Juli); his grandchildren, Ryan and Alex; his pet Lily; his sister Cindy Jones (John); his sister-in-law Meredith Collins of Chanute, KS; and his former wife Julia Collins of Ponca City, OK.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
