It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Penka of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Lamont, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Helms and Eva Ellen Helms (Tabor); her husband Hubert W. Penka; her siblings, Fleta, Nettie and Harley; and her grandson Ricky.

She is survived by: her children, Eve Inscore of Medford, Don L. Penka of Owasso and Hubert Penka Jr. of Ponca City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
