He is survived by: his mother Louise Withers (Elam) of Ponca City, OK; his daughter Kali Johnston (Cody) of Ponca City, OK; his grandson Kamden Schofell-Johnston; his aunt Jan; and his uncles, Rev. Michael Mitchell, Jerry (Pat Elam) of Davenport and Mike Elam of Tulsa.
