It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcene Young of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold James Mead and Irene Bell Mead (Muegge); and her husband Calvin Carl Young. She is survived by: her sons, Tracy Young (Cindy) of Ponca City, Wesley Young (Melissa) of Ponca City and Spencer Young of Ponca City; her sister Jonece Paynter of Ponca City; and her grandchildren, Ashley Young, Lindsey Young, Josh Young, Andrew Young, Aaron Young, Jennifer Morken, Benjamin Young, Victoria Young and Alexander Young. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
