It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Higgins of Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Higgins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hoogendoorn and Madelia Hoogendoorn; and her husband Gary Higgins. She is survived by: her brothers, John Hoogendoorn and Larry Hoogendoorn; and her children, Angie Lippard of Enid, Oklahoma and Gary Gene Higgins of Ponca City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; their families and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in her name to the K-9 Dog Training Club of Ponca City with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
